Delta 3 Engineering provides professional, civil and municipal engineering services for its public and private-sector clients. For each Project involving municipal or civil engineering, our staff provides surveying, data collection, computer-aided drafting, project design, cost estimating, construction plans and specifications, bid administration (if applicable), construction records, and project closeout. We also attend all required meetings for each Project and provide overall project management from the start to closeout of each Project.
